Thai Yoga Massage is a form of bodywork which combines applied yoga, acupressure and gentle stretching. These techniques are applied to 'Sen' or energy lines to stimulate and restore the free flow of energy in the body.
Thai Massage is beneficial for most people of all ages or flexibility, as stretches can be adapted to suit the individual.

What to expect
The treatment takes place fully clothed, lying on a mat on the floor. Gentle stretches, or pressure using fingers, thumbs, elbows, knees or feet is applied to the body.
Clients are advised to:
- Wear loose comfortable clothes
- Avoid eating for at least 1 hour before and after treatment
- Not drink any alcohol before the treatment.
